On Day 3 of the GM Diet you can eat a combination of all fruits and all vegetables in unlimited amounts, excluding bananas, potatoes, peas and corn. You have already adjusted to the just fruit and just vegetables of the last two days of the GM diet online and you should find the flexibility in the combination of fruit and vegetables an easier task today. A little bit more exciting.

It is recommended that you buy organic fresh fruit and vegetables while on this die. A local farmers market should help you purchase the items you need for this diet. While they may be more expensive, the nutritional value of organic produce will assist with the idea of what the GM Diet is hoping to achieve for you. If you cannot buy organic, just remember fresh is best and shop at your local supermarket that you know tries to focus on supplying quality and nutritious fruits and vegetables.

Getting ready for Day 3 of GM Diet

Today you have probably adjusted to eating only fruit and or only vegetables. However, if  you are used to eating meat you might be feeling a bit lightheaded or have a slight headache. For those of you who drink tea and coffee you may also be feeling the effects of caffeine withdrawals too, this is common, persevere, be strong and you will succeed well on the GM Diet online.

Today, you can have a variety of both fruit and vegetables. A little bit more exciting. Try to include a combination of  both with each meal. If you are suffering from a caffeine headache having some fruit in the morning containing natural fructose might help reduce that slightly. Ensure you always stay full today by eating often to eliminate that hungry feeling.

GM Diet Day 3 Breakfast

Breakfast for Day 3 of the GM Diet can start with an apple, or melons like on Day 1 of the GM diet. However, make a fresh made glass of carrot, apple and ginger juice for a refreshing start to the day. Make sure you have your two glasses of water with your breakfast.

GM Diet Day 3 Lunch

You will probably have leftovers from Day 2 of the GM Diet lunch therefore it is recommended to have the same lunch as yesterday. Saves time in preparation and wastage of food. If you want to add tomatoes to the salad this time (being a fruit) or any of your favorite fruits and vegetables do not hesitate to make the lunch something that you will enjoy.

GM Diet Day 3 Dinner

Once again you can have salad here or steamed vegetables, if you do not like steamed other representations of the GM Diet recommend boiled vegetables however traditionally boiling vegetables can boil out any of the nutritional value of the food and you need this to keep up your energy. Remember you can add fruit to your dinner or just after as a dessert.

GM Diet Day 3 Midday Snacks and Drinks

A combination of tomatoes, fresh greens, and different fruits may be consumed all day. Fresh juices such derived from berries, oranges and lemons would be ideal to those who are not into drinking water, although these should be as well consumed in proportional amounts to avoid bloating.

Vegetable juice like carrot and tomato juice may be served during evenings so as to satiate the appetite for sweet snacks.

GM Diet Day 3 Diet Plan

Breakfast (6.30-9:00 AM)

1 apple and 1-2 glasses of water or 1 cup of diced melon and/or                                                                                                    Carrot, Apple, orange, pineapple and ginger juice and 2 glasses of water

Mid Morning  Snack (10:30-11:00 AM)

1 bowl of cantaloupe mixed with papaya (2 glasses of water)

Lunch (12:00-1:30 PM)

Lettuce, tomato, Spanish onion, cucumber, beetroot, capsicum and avocado (2 glasses of water)

Afternoon Snack (3.00 PM)

6 celery sticks or  6 carrot sticks (2 glasses of water)

Dinner (5.30-7.00 PM)

1 bowl of boiled broccoli, fresh greens and raw papaya (2 glasses of water)

Evening (8.00-9.00 PM)

1 glass of water with lemon or lime squeezed in to flavor or a glass of coconut water. If you are still feeling hungry have some celery sticks or carrot sticks
